Welcome to Eldoraudio (https://eldoraudio.com). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and services. By using Eldoraudio, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

1. Use of Our Services

Eldoraudio offers audio and music-related tools, including AI-powered services. Some of our products utilize open-source software, including components licensed under various open-source licenses such as the MIT License and Creative Commons (CC BY) licenses. See our Credits page for details. You are permitted to use our tools for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Eldoraudio or create an account. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Prohibited Conduct

By using Eldoraudio, you agree not to:

Upload materials you do not have the right to use, or any illegal or harmful content
Reverse-engineer, replicate, or modify any part of our AI tools
Use the service for abusive, harmful, or malicious purposes
Automate, script, or bot any interactions with the platform
Access the site or services programmatically (e.g., via scripts or unofficial APIs)
Create or maintain more than one user account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the service or its users.

3. Account Management

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at contact@eldoraudio.com.

4. Accuracy and Limitations of Tools

Eldoraudio's tools are designed to assist with audio and music processing, but we do not guarantee 100% accuracy or reliability. Results may vary and may not be suitable for all professional or legal uses. Use our tools at your own discretion and risk. By continuing to use Eldoraudio, you also acknowledge and agree to the terms in our Disclaimer.

5. No Storage Guarantee

Eldoraudio does not guarantee the storage, availability, or preservation of any uploaded input files or processed output files. Download links expire approximately 1 hour after processing, and we assume no responsibility for lost or inaccessible files. You are solely responsible for maintaining your own backups of any files you upload or download from our service. We strongly recommend downloading your results promptly after a job completes.

6. Payments and Refunds

Eldoraudio offers two types of paid plans:

Flex Minutes (Pay-As-You-Go): All sales are final. Flex minutes are purchased upfront and deducted when you run a job. Unused Flex minutes do not expire (unless your account is deleted) and are non-refundable. Flex minutes represent a prepaid balance for access to the service and are not tied to any specific future pricing model, which may change over time. We may modify or discontinue the service in the future. If we discontinue the service, we may, at our discretion and where reasonably feasible, provide refunds for any unused Flex minutes remaining at that time.
Subscriptions: Recurring monthly plans that provide a set of features or included minutes per billing period.

Paid plans (Flex and Pro) process up to 30 minutes of audio per file. Files exceeding this limit will be truncated to the first 30 minutes.

Users may maintain one active subscription plan per account. Where multiple minute types exist (e.g., subscription minutes and Flex minutes), the system will apply minutes in a predefined order of consumption, with subscription minutes being used prior to Flex minutes. We reserve the right to modify minute allocation rules, pricing structures, or plan configurations at any time.

All payments are processed securely via Paddle. If a job fails due to a technical error on our end, we will make every reasonable effort to not charge you for that job. If you believe you were charged for a failed job or have a billing concern, contact us at contact@eldoraudio.com and we will review it and issue a refund if warranted. 7. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your Eldoraudio account at any time by emailing us at contact@eldoraudio.com. We will process your request within 30 days. Deleting your account will:

Permanently remove your account and all associated processing history.
Immediately cancel any active Pro subscription. You will not receive a prorated refund for the remaining subscription period.
Permanently forfeit any remaining Flex minute balance and subscription minutes. These are non-refundable upon account deletion.
Remove your email from our marketing communications list.

Download links for processed output files expire approximately 1 hour after processing, regardless of account status. Input files uploaded to our service are deleted within a short period after upload. Account deletion does not accelerate the deletion of files that are already scheduled for removal.

8. Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to Eldoraudio at our sole discretion, with or without notice, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or abuse of our services.

9. Intellectual Property

All original content and technology on this site, including our underlying code, models, and user interface, are the intellectual property of Eldoraudio, except where third-party open-source components are used under their respective licenses (see our Credits page). You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Eldoraudio's original content without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eldoraudio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, corrupted data, or interruption of business, arising out of or related to your use of the site or services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Rate Limiting and Access Controls

To maintain service stability, security, and fairness, Eldoraudio may apply rate limiting, throttling, IP blocking, or other technical access controls to prevent abuse or overuse of the platform. These controls may be adjusted at our discretion without prior notice and are enforced regardless of user intent or plan level.
