We may review uploaded files and metadata solely for the purpose of improving our services. We do not use user-uploaded files for training new ML models. We do not collect sensitive information such as health or biometric data.
3. Use of Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and maintain our services
- Process payments via Paddle
- Respond to inquiries and support requests
- Send promotional communications to users who opt in
- Improve and personalize user experience
4. Account Management and Deletion
You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us at contact@eldoraudio.com. We will process your request within 30 days. When your account is deleted:
- Your account record, email address, preferences, and processing history are permanently deleted from our database.
- Any active Pro subscription will be cancelled via our payment processor, Paddle.
- Any remaining Flex minute balance or subscription minutes are forfeited. Please contact us if you have questions about a refund before requesting deletion.
- Download links for processed output files expire approximately 1 hour after processing; account deletion does not accelerate this.
- Payment transaction records held by Paddle are retained according to Paddle's privacy policy and applicable legal requirements.
5. Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. Google Analytics may collect data such as log information, device and location data. Users are presented with a cookie banner to accept or reject analytics cookies and can update preferences via the "Cookie Preferences" link in the website footer.

We retain personal data only while your account is active. If you delete your account, your account data is removed immediately. If your account is terminated by us, we may retain data for up to 3 months before permanent deletion.
File retention: Download links for processed output files expire approximately 1 hour after job completion. You can view your recent processed files on your Downloads page within that window. We do not guarantee long-term storage of any files; you are responsible for downloading and backing up your results promptly.

- Access or correct your personal data
- Delete or export your data
- Withdraw consent or restrict processing
- File a complaint with a data protection authority
