Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 30, 2026

At Eldoraudio, we want you to feel confident using our services. This Refund Policy describes when and how refunds are issued for paid products, including credit purchases and subscription plans.

1. Credits (Pay-As-You-Go)

Credits are purchased upfront and consumed when you run a job. Credits do not expire. If a job fails due to a technical error on our end, we will make every reasonable effort to not charge you for that job. If you believe you were charged for a failed job, contact us and we will review the case and issue a refund of those credits if warranted.

Refunds for unused credit balances are not available except in cases of accidental purchase or where required by applicable law. If you believe you made a purchase in error, contact us within 7 days and we will evaluate the request.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription plans are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access to your plan features until then.

We do not offer prorated refunds for mid-period cancellations. If a technical issue on our end significantly impaired your ability to use the service during a billing period, contact us and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis.

3. Job Failures

If a processing job fails due to a bug, server error, or other issue within our control, we will do our best to restore your credits or issue a refund automatically. If that does not happen, please reach out to us with your job details and we will make it right.

We are not responsible for failures caused by invalid, corrupted, or unsupported input files provided by the user.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@eldoraudio.com with your account email, a description of the issue, and the relevant job or transaction details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

5. Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Paddle. Refunds issued by Eldoraudio will be returned to your original payment method via Paddle and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date.
